As we are dealing with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we would like to share some information with you and ask you to keep a few things in mind. This is an ongoing situation and we will update you as circumstances change.
We will operate as usual for now but ask that you do not come into our office unless absolutely necessary. (We do already have an employee out sick but do not know if it is due to the virus.) Please call or email and we will do our best to help you out.
Dues can be paid online or dropped in the drop box outside. You may also mail in your HOA payments. Please do not put cash in the outside box.
Most other business can be handled by phone or email.
Those who are scheduled for a hearing this Thursday, please respond by email. It is not necessary to come to the meeting.
The annual meeting for next month has been cancelled due to the county shutting everything down. I will send out notices when the meeting has been rescheduled.
